摘要
采用较短的时间、较少的模板剂和水用量合成出中孔分子筛MCM-41;系统地考察了碱、模板剂、水用量、铝原子引入量、晶化温度及时间的长短对样品合成结果的影响,确定出碱用量的最适宜值为n(Na_2O)/n(SiO_2)=0.18~0.24;模板剂的最佳用量为n(CTAB)/n(SiO_2)=0.10~0.14;水用量的范围为n(H_2O)/n(SiO_2)=24~30;铝原子的引入量为n(Al_2O_3)/(SiO_2)=0~0.033;适宜的品化时间为12h;最佳晶化温度140℃;用XRD和SEM等手段对合成样品进行了表征.
Focused on the preparation and preparative conditions of MCM-41 such as the amount of templates(CTAB), water, the crystallization time, the crystallization temperature and aluminum sources. The optimum value of the above varieties was obtained: n(Na2O)/n(SiO2) = 0.18-0.24; n(CTAB)/n(SiO2) = 0.10-0.14; n(H2O)/n(SiO2) = 24 - 30; n(Al2O3)/n(SiO2) = 0-0.033.The crystallization time and the crystallization temperature is 12h and 140℃ , respectively. Characterization results obtained from the determination of XRD and SEM show that the products possess far similar structure properties to those standard ones reported in literatures.
