摘要
对炼厂丙烯中所含杂质进行了分析;选取其中较为活泼的杂质正丁烯、1,3-丁二烯和丙炔作为样品,利用扩大杂质气体含量的方法,在沸石催化剂上进行烷基化反应寿命实验以考察引起催化剂失活的原因,研究了各类杂质对沸石催化剂寿命的影响程度;采用GC-MS对失活催化剂的结炭成份进行分析,研究发现(1)各种杂质对催化剂寿命影响程度的强弱顺序依次为二烯烃、炔烃、烯烃;结炭物质中,分子较大的连体双环、中间有亚甲基的长链双环和多环芳烃等物质的位阻效应是催化剂失活的主要原因。
Determined the impurities in crude propylene by increasing the concentration of impurities, which led to the inactivation of β - zeolite in benzene alkylation. Studied the effects of the impurities on the life of Beta Zeolite catalyst. The results show that among the three impurities which result in the inactivation of catalyst, the dialkene has the most significant effect. The GC-MS analysis result of the coke on the deactivation catalyst shows that the dominating reason of inactivation is the hindrance effect of the carbons in the inactive Beta Zeolite.
