摘要
对苯与丙烯的液相烷基化反应进行了研究.以降低苯烯比的方式造成催化剂加速失活,对FX-01沸石催化剂和由其通过负载Pd的方法改性制得的沸石催化剂的失活寿命进行研究;采用GC-MS分析了反应液及失活催化剂内的积炭成分,找到了催化剂失活的原因.结果表明:失活催化剂上的积炭物质主要是多环芳烃和由丙烯齐聚物生成的大分子物质;改性催化剂与FX-01沸石催化剂相比,加速失活寿命延长了4倍,失活催化剂上积炭物质种类大大减少.
Studied the inactivation mechanism of two catalysts, FX-01 catalyst and its modified catalyst, via acceleration of deactivation process by decreasing the ratio of the reagents for synthesis of cumene, bezene and propylene. The product and carbon deposites were analyzed by GC-MS. The results show that the carbon deposites on the deactivated catalyst are mainly composed of such macromolecular substance as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and propylene oligomer products. The life-span of the modified catalyst is four times longer than that of FX-01 zeolite catalyst, meanwhile substances of the carbon deposites on the deactivated catalyst are greatly reduced.
