摘要
对以锦纶6超细纤维为原料,以湿法成刚的针刺非织造布为基布的四种人造麂皮和两种天然皮革的服用性能,如透湿性、透气性、悬垂性、硬挺度、拉伸强力、顶破强力、撕破强力及耐摩擦色牢度,进行了测试和对比,并从微观结构进行了分析.结果显示:人造麂皮的厚度比天然皮革均匀;服用舒适性,包括透气性、透湿性可以达到或超过天然皮革;人造麂皮的悬垂性、刚柔性也与天然皮革相似;耐用性方面,人造麂皮的断裂强力较天然皮革均匀,顶破强力低于天然皮革;超细纤维人造麂皮具有良好的服用性能.
The wearabilities of two types of leather and four types of suedine made of PA6 micro fiber were tested, compared and analysed through microconfiguration analysis, such as breathability, moisture permeability, drape, softness, tensile strength, tear strength, bursting strength and rubbing fasmes.The results can offer some reference to R&D, manufacture and application of the suede fanric.
