摘要
分别采用等体积浸渍法和浸渍 沉淀法制备了Ag/γ Al2O3催化剂,在固定床常压连续流动反应器 气相色谱仪组合装置上考察了不同催化剂在甲醇完全氧化中的催化活性,并用XRD、TEM等手段进行了表征。结果表明,以NaOH作为共沉淀剂,采用浸渍 沉淀法制备的Ag/γ Al2O3催化剂负载的Ag含量高,粒子粒径小,分布均匀,且具有最好的甲醇完全氧化活性。
Ag/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation and impregnation-deposition methods respectively. The complete oxidation of methanol over different catalysts was studied in a fixed-bed flow reactor. By means of XRD, TEM and AAS analyses, the activated phase, the surface features and the Ag content of different catalysts were characterized. The results showed that the catalyst prepared by impregnation-deposition method and using NaOH as the precipitant had the best catalytic activity, Ag loaded on it was the highest, and it also had the minimum grain size and uniform distribution.
