摘要
针对恒压供水系统,提出了一种全新的压力控制方案。介绍了该方案的原理,推导出了被控制量与控制量之间的定量关系,进行了硬件和软件的设计,并依据该方案用AT89C52单片机、变频器等外围器件设计出了实用的系统。利用实验设备进行了实际运行测试,实验结果表明本文提出的控制方案正确可行,该类供水系统值得推广使用。
In the light of university as to the stable pressure water-supplying system ,we put forward a new pressure control method, introduced the principle of this method, deduce the quantitative relation between the control variable and controlled variables,designed hardware and software of this system, and according to this method ,worked out a practical system by AT89C52 microchip, variable frequency drives and other peripheral devices. We had a real-time running test by experiment apparatus,the resules show that the control method put forward in this paper is correct and applicable, this kind of water supply system is worth popularizing.
