摘要
在离心泵测试用的开式实验台上,通过对原型泵和分离型叶片离心泵对比实验的测试数据的分析与处理,验证了无分离条件下叶片型线(流线型叶片)的水力效率高于产生边界层分离时的叶片型线的水力效率。通过实验,分析了由流体在叶片近壁表面产生的边界层分离而对压差阻力所造成的影响以及对离心泵的动力性能所造成的危害。指出在叶片型线的设计过程中,获得无分离条件下叶片型线对改善泵的性能,提高其水力效率是非常有意义的。
Three kinds of pumps: the prototype, the separated (with separation of boundary layer on the blade of pump) and the streamlined (without separation ) were tested on a open test-stand. By contrast of the data from the test, we found that the hydraulic efficiency of the streamlined is higher than that of the separated one, and the separation of boundary layer on the near-wall of pump抯 blade affects the drag pressure and has a bad effect on the hydraulic performance of centrifugal pump. The paper finally points out that the design of blade profile without separation of boundary layer can improve performance and raise the hydraulic efficiency of the pump.
