摘要 对原有NHD脱碳流程进行改进 ,将低压闪蒸槽移至气提塔上部 ,运用柏努利方程计算了NHD脱碳系统中富液从高压闪蒸槽至低压闪蒸槽的压力降 ,从而确定了将高压闪蒸槽的位移高度。取消原流程中的富液泵 ,不仅减少了投资 ,而且节省了操作费用。 An improvement is made on the original NHD CO_2 removal process by moving the low-pressure flash tank to the top of the stripper and using the Bernoulli equation to calculate the pressure drop of the rich solution from the high-pressure flash tank to the low-pressure flash tank in the NHD CO_2 removal system, and thus the displacement height of the high-pressure flash tank is ascertained. The elimination of the rich solution pump in the original process not only ?reduces the investment costbut also lowers the operating cost.
