Preliminary Summary of Retrofit and Use of Methanol Converter in this Company

针对原 10 0 0轴径向甲醇塔内件存在的问题 ,采用 10 0 0均温型甲醇塔内件和C2 0 7型甲醇合成触媒进行改造 ,日产甲醇 6 5t左右 ,达到了改造目的。

In line with the problems in the internals of the original 1 000 axial-radial methanol converter, a retrofit is carried out by using the internals of the 1 000 uniform-temperature methanol converter and the Type C207 methanol synthesis catalyst, and about 65 t of methanol are produced daily, reaching the aim of the retrofit.
