On Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's Theoretical Contributation to Our Party's Delegating Powers to the Lower Levels of Economic Systemic Reform

基于对我国高度集中的计划经济体制弊端的现实思考,毛泽东在经济体制改革中提出放权的思想,并进行了有益的探索。十一届三中全会以后,邓小平继承、丰富和发展了毛泽东这一思想。今天,重温他们经济体制改革的放权思想,探索我党经济改革思想的发展脉络,有利于我们认识和把握当前党的经济体制改革政策。

Based on actual thinking of shortages of the highly centralized planned economic system, Mao Zedong put forward delegating powers to the lower levels of economic systemic reform and beneficially probed. After Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, Deng Xiaoping inherited, enriched and expanded it. This text probes into the development-course of our party's delegating powers to the lower levels of economic reform ideology through reviewing their thinking today. It will help us to understand and grasp present policy towards reform of economic system.
