摘要
本文简要介绍了国内外环境影响评价制度的发展 ,论述了我国环境影响评价制度的法规体系 ,展望了未来我国环境影响评价制度的发展趋势 .
This paper introduces the development of environmental impact assessment home and abroad, discusses law system of environmental impact assessment and points out the trend of environmental impact assessment in our country in the future.
