摘要
经过多年的发展和不断科学的探讨,最经济的供热方式就是热电联产,而且这种方式比区域锅炉房环保节能,比电采暖更经济实惠,所以现在绝大部分城市都尽量采取热电联产的方式供热供暖。集中供暖系统的每个环节的能耗受到各方面因素影响^([1])。其中换热站作为供暖系统中非常重要的一部分,它的节能运行也十分关键,目前国内很多换热站运行单单凭经验操作,在整个运行过程中会产生很多能源的浪费,这样会导致供暖效率下降。本论文介绍了目前国内集中供暖概况以及换热站的结构、换热站运行调节的几种方式,重点介绍变频调速技术用于换热站达到节能运行的效果。此论文对换热站的运行调节具有一定的实际指导意义。
After years of development and scientific explore unceasingly, the heating co-generation is the most economical way of heating mode.And this way is more environmental protection and energy saving than the regional boiler room,more economical and practical than the electric heating.So the co-generation heat addition and heating is the way that vast majority of cities as far as possible to take.Each link of the energy consumption of central heating system is affected by various factors.As part of the most important in heating system, the heat exchange station's energy-saving operation is also very critical, but many heat exchange stations operation in current domestic only operation by experience, and it will produce a lot of energy waste in the whole operation process, so it will cause a decline in the efficiency of heating.This paper describes the present situation of the central heating, and the structure of the heat exchange station, several ways of heat exchange station operation adjustment at present domestic,focus on the effect of using variable-frequency regulating speed technology in heat exchange station to achieve energy saving operation.This paper has a certain practical guiding significance in the operation of the heat exchange station regulation.
