摘要
在生产实践中,压力容器用爆炸焊接复合板的拉伸试样制备分别有圆形试样、去复材矩形试样、带复材矩形试样三种型式,而三种型式的拉伸试样经同一台拉伸机实验,出现差异很大的强度数据。由于不同公司执行的标准不一样,容易造成产品合格与否的争议,文章以三种类型的拉伸试样为基础,通过同一台拉伸机进行实验,归纳出三种不同拉伸试样的实验数据,加以分析,并对检验中使用的两种不同标准提出修正建议。
There are usually preparation three types of tensile specimens in circular, no clad rectangular and rectangular with clad in the production practice to pressure vessel by explosive welding clad metal. The experimental data of the three types of tensile specimens by the same tensile machine appear significant variations.Because of different company carry on different standards, it was so easy to cause some disputes over the results of products qualified or not.In this paper, through the same tensile machine experiments and summing up the experimental data based on the three different types of tensile specimens, as well as to analyse the the experimental data and to put forward suggestions to the different standards in the products produce.
