摘要
利用ANSYS软件对臂架静态与模态进行了建模分析,获得了臂架在受力最大工况下的应力分布及变形规律,同时计算出了臂架前四阶的固有频率、振型等动力学特征。通过对臂架上下弦杆、腹杆截面尺寸、材料及臂架局部结构的改变,在保证其力学性能的基础上使其自重有较大减少,为臂架及整机的进一步轻量化设计提供了参考。
In this paper, boom's static and modal models were established. Stress distribution and deformation at the condition of maximum stress were obtained by the software ANSYS. At the same time, kinetics characteristic including natural frequencies from the first to the forth order and mode shapes were calculated. On the basis of ensuring the mechanical properties, boom's weight was reduced by changing the jib's sectional dimensions of chords and webs, materials and local structure, which providing reference to lightweight of boom and machine in future.
