摘要
在烟草包装过程中发生烟条堵塞时,需要即时切断相关动力,保护包装机防止出现危险。条盒包装机为实现烟条堵塞时的安全过载保护,采用了多种防过载保护装置。文章对其中的扭矩限制离合器进行分析,可为相关的烟草包装机械设计提供借鉴。
When the blockage appears in the cigarette packaging process, we need to cut off the power immediately, to prevent the emergence of risk. In the box packing machine, multiple overload protection device is adopted. In this paper, the structural principle of the torque limiting clutch is analyzed, which can provide reference for the related tobacco packaging machinery design.
