摘要
中小规模离散制造企业的车间管理主要依靠管理人员的经验,实际装配中常因某些所需零件尚未完成加工而使部装装配搁置,甚至整机延迟交货,造成成本增加,客户满意度降低。为此,在生产管理中必须同时考虑加工工艺的约束和装配工艺的要求,实现面向装配的排产和调度。鉴于这类企业的规模和生产特点,以MES系统为核心运用Agent技术开发生产管理系统,对提高车间的生产效率和管理水平具有较为深远的现实意义。文章重点实现生产调度,同时开发生产管理系统,完成仿真工作。
The floor shop management of small-and-medium-sized discrete production manufacturing enterprises mainly depends on the experience of managers. In fact, the departments assembling are often lagged because of certain unfinished timely parts, even the whole machine is delayed to deliver, which leads to cost increase and customer satisfaction discounted. Therefore, to realize the assembly-oriented planning and scheduling, it is necessary to consider both the constraint of machining process and the requirement of assembly process. On account of the scale and characteristics of this typical enterprise, production management system with MES as the core is developed by applying Agent, moreover, the management system is adaptable and enhancing the production efficiency and management level. This paper focuses on the realization of the planning and scheduling. At the same time, the production management system is developed to complete the scheduling simulation.
