随着自动化设备在各行各业的广泛应用,劳动效率得到很大的提高。文章以PLC为主控制器,设计了一套结合气动装置、位置控制、传感器等技术的零件自动分拣系统。系统运行稳定、自动化程度高。在实际操作过程中可根据零配件的不同高度,对系统参数稍加修改就能满足生产要求。
