摘要
以气动传输系统的载体管道为对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件中的FLUENT模块,对管道中的薄弱环节弯管部分进行流体分析,得出气体在经过弯管时的压力分布云图和速度矢量图。直观地反映出在额定风机功率下气体经过弯管时压力和速度的变化,进而分析出压力和速度损失的大小和原因,为实际工程应用中提供合理的建议和解决方案。
The pipe which is the carrier of pneumatic transmission system will be the object. FLUENT module of ANSYS which is a finite element analysis software, for the weak part of the pipe, to analyze the bend pipe's fluid. The pressure distribution and the velocity vector are obtained when the gas across the bend pipe. The change of pressure and velocity is directly reflected when the gas go through the bend pipe ender the rated wind power, The size and reason of the pressure lose and the velocity loss were analyzed, Provide reasonable suggestions and solutions for practical engineering applications.
