镀锌板焊接电极失效原因分析及改进 被引量:3

摘要 文章对目前镀锌板焊接时电极失效的形式及原因进行了分析,指出传统铬锆铜电极材料在焊接镀锌板时的缺点,使用Al_2O_3弥散强化铜电极材料进行了镀锌板焊接实验,分析了Al_2O_3弥散强化铜作为电极材料在焊接镀锌板时减少电极失效的原因。 This paper analyzes the forms and reasons of the failure of the galvanized plate welding electrode, pointed out the shortcomings of the traditional chromium zirconium copper electrode materials in welding of galvanized steel plate, the use of Al_2O_3 dispersion strengthened copper electrode of galvanized plate welding experiment materials, analyzes the reasons of reducing the failure of Al_2O_3 dispersion strengthened copper as electrode material in welding of galvanized plate.
