BIM technology has developed rapidly as a key technology in the construction industry, and has been known by more and more people. As an important part in the process of the construction, engineering quality of Mechanical and electrical installation project has a direct impact on the building life-cycle use. This paper introduces the BIM technology into the mechanical and electrical installation engineering quality supervision work, expecting to provide a reference for mechanical and electrical installation engineering quality improvement.
