基于AutoCAD三维平台的管线综合净高优化策略

摘要 为了在设计阶段提升净高,采用AutoCAD平台对管线安装进行三维模拟。通过大量的工程实践,提出了管线密集化、利用横向空间、双排管线体系、精准调节走廊宽度、缩短桥架、提升重力管起始标高、缩短重力管路径和阶梯状确定重力管标高等策略和手段。为了能有效贯彻实践这些策略,采用了专用三维平台,该平台具有快速、通俗、硬件要求低的特点。采用这种新的平台,有效的实现了业主、设计、施工的三方交流,便于从源头平衡净高要求和施工难度,快速有效的实现净高控制目标。 In order to maximize the clearance at the step of design, Auto CAD was adopted for the 3-D simulation of pipeline installation. A serial of approaches were collected in practice such as compacting pipelines, utilizing horizontal space, doublerow installations, shortening the bridge frames, etc. To ensure the effectiveness of these approaches, a professional 3-D platform which specialized in high speed calculation, easy-to-use operation and low hardware requirement was adopted. The new platform benefits on information exchange among the owner, the designer and the construction team which originally governs the clearance requirement and reduces the construction procedures.
