摘要绿色电力证书是代表可再生能源发电量的一种证书,在绿色电力证书市场上买卖和流通,价格由市场竞争决定。文章研究了绿色电力证书的价格形成机制,建立了考虑配额限制的绿色电力证书交易的系统动力学模型,并对绿色电力证书价格进行了仿真分析。 The tradable green certificates is a certificate that represent renewable electricity capacity, dealt and circulated in the market of the tradable green certificates, it's price is decided by the market competition. The price formation mechanism of the tradable green certificates is proposed in this paper. A model is established for green certificate trading based on system dynamics model with considering quota restriction, and the price of the tradable green certificates is analyzed in the simulation.
