摘要
长螺旋钻孔灌注桩是一种新型的桩基础施工手段,它的工作原理是采用专用长螺旋钻孔机钻至预定深度,在提钻的同时利用钻杆下阀门向孔内连续灌注超流态细石混凝土,至桩顶为止,然后利用自重及震动锤插入钢筋笼而形成的桩体。与传统的钻孔灌注桩相比,这种桩型有着不受地下水位限制、成桩速度快、施工操作简单、成桩质量好等优势,因此广泛运用于基础工程中。文章结合工程施工经验,对长螺旋钻孔灌注桩施工技术进行了探讨。
Long auger boring filling pile is used as a new construction technology for pile foudation.The principle is firstly to drive into the ground to the required depth by Long-spiral-drilling machine, then place high flowing concret till drilling up pile bolck,finally form a pile by inserting reinforcing cage.The new method has advancage in fast speed and easy manipulation,but without restriction of groundwater level.The paper probes into the construction technology of long auger boring file with practial examples.
