疲劳试验数据在疲劳强度评估的应用研究

摘要 飞机系列化发展,就必须不断地进行新工艺、新材料、新设计技术的改进,借鉴成熟的技术和经验,发展新的飞机型号。飞机开展疲劳试验完成寿命评定后,通常情况下,后续改进飞机仅完成疲劳分析,不再开展试验验证。疲劳试验对材料与制造的制造分散性、载荷谱的变化引起的载荷分散性和服役环境带来的环境分散性进行了考虑。本文应用细节疲劳额定值(DFR)基本方法,利用飞机疲劳试验及外场飞机使用数据对改型飞机的疲劳强度进行分析,该方法较为简单、可靠、实用。 The serialized development of aircraft requires constant improvement of new techniques, new materials and new design technologies, Learning from mature technology and experience and developing new plane. After aircraft fatigue test completed life evaluation, usually the subsequent modified aircraft only completed the fatigue analysis, not carried out test verification. The fatigue test considers the manufacturing, the dispersity of the load caused by the change of the load spectrum and the environmental dispersity caused by the service environment. In this paper, the detailed fatigue rating method(DFR)is applied to analyze the fatigue strength of the modified aircraft by using the aircraft test and the data of outfield aircraft. The method is simple reliable and practical.
