Management Practice of Owner's Unified Supply Material of Tongzilin Hydropower Station

大型水电站建设对大宗物资需求量巨大,如何保障工程建设的大宗物资需求,加强对原材料质量管控,同时节约采购成本,控制工程投资等对工程建设意义重大。本文依托已完建的桐子林水电站,介绍了在业主统供物资管理模式下如何科学制定供应规划,并有效进行物资需求计划、交接验收、现场监管、保供风险管控及质量管理等现场管理工作,确保各项管理工作高效有序开展,可为类似工程大宗物资管理提供参考。

Large-scale hydropower station construction has a huge demand for large-scale materials.How to ensure the demand for large-scale materials, strengthen the quality control of raw materials, save procurement costs and control project investment are of great significance to the construction of the project. Based on the completed tongzilin hydropower station,this paper introduces how to scientifically formulate supply planning under the mode of owner-centralized supply and material management, and how to effectively carry out on-site management such as material demand planning, handover and acceptance,on-site supervision, risk management and control of supply and quality management, so as to ensure the efficient and orderly development of various work. the management of engineering bulk materials can provide reference.
