摘要
水电阻启动方式是大型电动机启动方式中比较常见的一种启动方式,投资少、启动阻值调配简单可行、电网冲击小,使其成为很多用户首选。由于水电阻故障,导致主机设备停机的故障也屡次发生,给用户造成很多损失。阐述了一种水电阻系统故障输出系统改造方案,有效避免了故障,减少了故障损失。
Water resistance starting mode is a common starting mode for large motorswith small investment,easy allotment of starting resistance and small grid impact,making ita priority choice for many users.But water resistance fault often causes failure of majorequipment,inflicting heavy losses to users.The paper describes a transformation program forthe fault output system of water resistance system,which has effectively avoided system fail-ure and reduced losses.
