摘要
对攀钢4#高炉煤气提压增量后干式煤气除尘、发电工艺存在的问题进行了分析,并根据BDC差压高、TRT透平机效率低实际运行情况,实施优化、改造,降低了BDC差压,解决了透平机运行工况不足的瓶颈,改造后取得良好效益。
Existing problems in the dry gas dedusting and TRT processes after gaspressure increment and output increase of Pangang’s No.4 blast furnace were analyzed.Based on the actual operating condition of high BDC pressure difference and low efficiencyof the TRT turbine,optimization and transformation were carried out to reduce BDC pres-sure difference,which has solved the bottleneck of insufficient turbine operation conditionand achieved favorable effect.
