摘要
混烧锅炉的热效率计算既可以基于混合燃料特性,也可以基于分项燃料特性。在GB/T10184《电站锅炉性能试验规程》的基础上分析得到了基于混合燃料特性的煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉热效率计算模型,并提出了基于分项燃料特性的混烧锅炉热效率计算模型。以某钢铁厂220 t/h煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉为研究对象,对两种基于不同思想的计算方法进行对比分析,结果表明,这两种方法得到的锅炉热效率是一致的,两者均可用于煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉热效率的求解计算。
Thermal efficiency calculation of mixed-combustion boilers can either based on the characteristics of mixed fuels or based on the characteristics of each type of fuel in the mixture.On the basis of GB/T10184 the Properties Test Procedure of Power Station Boilers,the paper obtains from analysis a thermal efficiency calculation model based on the characteristics of mixed fuel for boilers burning mixture of coal powder and blast furnace gas.Taking the boiler burning 220 t/h of coal powder and BFG of some steel plant as the study object,it compares and analyzes two calculation methods based on diferent concepts,showing that the thermal efficiency of the boiler obtained with the two methods is consistent,which proves that both the methods can be used in calculation of thermal efficiency of boilers burning mixture of coal powder and blast furnace gas.
