摘要
对离心风机振动异常的原因进行了分析,并通过在风机工作转速时现场振动检测及故障诊断,综合分析轴承频谱图及风机实际振动现象,准确判断故障位置。
The causes of abnormal vibration of centrifugal fan are analyzed.Through field detection of vibration and fault diagnosis during operation running of the blower,the frequency spectrogram of bearings and actual vibration of the fan were comprehensively analyzed and the position of the fault was accurately judged.
