介绍了电液翻板在铜陵泰富储运公司二期筛焦楼焦仓漏斗的应用情况,对电液翻板存在缺陷进行了详细分析,采用PLC结合上位机OPC通讯协议进行数据库组态对原控制系统进行改造,大大增强了焦仓漏斗在运行过程中的可操作性和安全性能,提高了生产效率。

This paper introduces the application state of electro-hydraulic flip plate in the coke bin funnel of the second-phase coke screen building at Tongling Taifu Company and analyzes the defects of the electric hydraulic flip plate in detail.The original control system was modified by adopting database configuration combining PLC with host OPC protocol,which greatly enhanced the operability and safety performance of the coke bin funnel during operation and improved the production efficiency.
