摘要
对乙烯基正丁基醚(BVE)-三氟氯乙烯(CTFE)-马来酸酐(MAH)三元共聚物进行了研究。考察了单体配比对聚合物结构及形貌的影响;研究了聚合物表面的元素含量;并对共聚物自乳化乳液进行了分析。结果表明:通过控制单体配比,可以获得不同结构、不同形貌的含氟聚合物;聚合物中MAH单元的比例对P(BVE-CTFE-MAH)共聚物的形貌影响较大,当MAH的加入量超过3份时,产物为蓬松白色固体粉末;P(BVE-CTFE-MAH)共聚物可形成自乳化乳液,乳胶粒的粒径随着聚合物中MAH比例的增大而变小。
In the work,the n-butyl vinyl ether(BVE)-chlorotrifluoroethylene(CTFE)-maleic anhydride(MAH)copolymerization was carried out in supercritical carbon dioxide.The effect of monomer ratio on the polymer structure and morphology was investigated,the element content on the polymer surface was studied,and the self-emulsifying latex was tested.The experimental data indicated that the polymer with different structure and morphology was obtained by controlling monomer ratio.MAH monomer ratio has a certain influence on the morphology of P(BVE-CTFE-MAH),and white solid powder was obtained when MAH monomer content is beyond 3.P(BVE-CTFE-MAH)self-emulsifying latex was obtained,and the sizes of the latex particles become smaller with increasing the content of MAH in the polymer.
