香港世界城市的发展使其在东亚产品内分工网络基础上与内地形成紧密的协同关系。2008年金融危机后出现的各种挑战和风险,让香港与内地共同面对协同转型的迫切形势。2016年3月,"十三五"规划正式发布,它勾勒出国家未来一段时间的具体战略思路和政策路径,由此给香港与内地实现协同转型提供了广阔空间。香港需要结合自身情况,善用自身优势,积极融入"十三五"规划,抓住内地经济转型升级的机遇,在创新中谋求出路,实现与内地的协同转型与可持续发展。

The development of Hong Kong World City makes itself get the closely synergetic relation with the mainland on the basis of East Asia's intra- product specialization network. The various challenges and risks appeared after the financial crisis in 2008,which makes Hong Kong and the mainland to face the synergetic transformation pressure. In March 2016,the 13 th Five-Year Plan was officially released,outlining the strategic ideas and policy routes for the future five years. Hong Kong is supposed to take advantage of its strength,actively participate in the 13 th Five-Year Plan,and finally realize the synergistic transformation and sustainable development with the mainland.
