重温邓小平“一国两制”论述的哲学思想

Reviewing the Philosophic Thinking of Deng Xiaoping's “One Country, Two Systems” Narrative

在"一国两制"方针政策的指引下,香港顺利回归祖国,特别行政区的各项事业19年来取得巨大成就。实践证明,"一国两制"是科学的、行得通的。但近年来,"一国两制"在香港的实践也遇到一些新情况、新挑战,出现了一些新问题。重温邓小平"一国两制"论述的哲学思想,有助于为继续推进"一国两制"事业提供思想动力。在回顾邓小平"一国两制"系列讲话的基础上,从"一国两制"提出的历史背景和"一国两制"的主要内容入手,重点分析了"一国两制"蕴含的实事求是、矛盾对立统一、两点论和重点论相统一等哲学思想,并就新形势下用好这些思想提出了建议。

Guided by the policy of'One Country, Two Systems', Hong Kong returned to the motherland smoothly, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(HKSAR) has made tremendous achievements in various aspects since its establishment. Practice has proved that the arrangement of'One Country, Two Systems'is scientific and practicable. In recent years, the practice of'One Country, Two Systems'in Hong Kong faces new situations and encounters new challenges and new problems. It provides the thought power through reviewing the philosophic thinking of Deng Xiaoping's'One Country, Two Systems'narrative, which is necessary to the continuous success of future practice of'One Country, Two Systems'. This paper reviews the series of speech by Deng Xiaoping on'One County, Two Systems', looks back on the historical background and the main contents of the'One Country, Two Systems', analyses emphatically the philosophic thoughts such as seeking truth from facts, the law of the unity and opposites, and dialectical unification of the doctrine that everything has two aspects(two-aspect doctrine) and that everything has its key points(focal-point doctrine). Finally,the paper makes some suggestions on the application of Deng's thoughts under new situation.
