竞争激烈、新老交替与力量均衡——澳门特区第六届立法会直接选举活动及其结果分析

Intense Competition,Election of New Members and Power Balance:Analysis upon the Election of the Sixth Legislative Assembly of Macao and the Result

2017年9月,依据2016年新修订的立法会选举法律,澳门特区进行了第六届立法会选举。观察此届选举,在选举过程上,直选参选组别与候选人众多,竞争激烈;在选票分布上,社会基本政治力量呈现出越来越多元、均衡的态势,中产专业人士首次有代表当选立法会议员,从而拓展了立法会政治力量的版图;在当选议员方面,呈现出较为明显的新老交替的特征;在选举文化方面,虽然选情紧张激烈,但贿选与不规则选举行为有所减少,《立法会选举法》修订的政治效果得到体现。

In September 2017, the election of the sixth Legislative Assembly of Macao SAR was conducted according to the Legislative Assembly Election Law revised in 2016. In the election process, intense competition was evident among the direct election constituencies and candidates; with regard to the backgrounds of voters, it seems power is balanced among diverse sectors of society, and the middleclass personnel have for the first time ever won seats in the Legislative Assembly, expanding the political strength map of the Legislative Assembly; among the elected, quite some new faces emerge; regarding the election atmosphere, despite the fierce competition, bribery and other undesirable behavior has reduced. In a word, the revised Legislative Assembly Election Law has achieved certain political effect.
