粤港澳大湾区与世界主要湾区和国内主要城市群的比较研究——基于主成分分析法的测度

Comparison between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Foreign Major Bay Areas & Other Domestic City Clusters:A Perspective from Major Component Analysis

本文在总结学术界关于湾区经济相关研究成果的基础上,将粤港澳大湾区与世界主要湾区和国内主要城市群进行比较研究,通过横向对比归纳出粤港澳大湾区的比较优势和劣势,借鉴国际先进经验,对粤港澳大湾区未来的发展潜力和发展方向进行展望。本研究认为,粤港澳大湾区的独特之处在于包含香港、澳门两个特别行政区,内部整合面临结构性矛盾,该湾区未来的发展出路是构建香港、深圳双核增长极,通过港口的差异化发展和金融的一体化进程,释放贸易和金融潜能。在这一过程中,要着力破除阻碍生产要素自由流通的体制机制障碍,促进港澳融入国家发展大局。

Based on the research results about the economic development of Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area(Greater Bay Area), this paper compares the Greater Bay Area on the one hand and the foreign major bay areas and other domestic city clusters to figure out the advantages and disadvantages accompanying the development of the Area. Additionally, the potential and prospect of the Greater Bay Area are illustrated by looking into the related international advanced experience. This research holds that the Greater Bay Area is unique in that it encompasses the two SARs of Hong Kongand Macao and faces structural contradictions for internal integration. It is advised that a dual-core growth pole involving Hong Kong and Shenzhen should be built to unleash the trade and financial potential through differentiated development of the ports and integrated financing, with a view of sustaining the growth and prosperity of the Area. In this process, efforts should be made to remove the institutional and systematic obstacles against the free flow of production factors, and to propel Hong and Macao to serve the development of the country.
