摘要 综述了高、中、低三种折射率LED有机硅封装材料的研究进展,分析了各种产品的优缺点,指出LED有机硅封装材料由低折射率向高折射率快速发展的方向。 The development in the research of low , midium and high refractive index of silicone materials for LED encapsulation were reviewed .The advantages and disadvantages of silicone products were analyzed . Development direction of silicone materials for LED encapsulation was pointed out from low refractive index to a high one .At present , introducing phenyl , diphenyl or other high refractive organic groups of the gum and adding high refractive inorganic nanoparticles , silicone materials for LED encapsulation had high refractive properties.
