二甲基硅氧/二苯基硅氧混合链节环体的合成

摘要 以二甲基二甲(乙)氧基硅烷与二苯基二甲氧基硅烷为原料,通过水解缩合、裂解环化,制得含二甲基硅氧/二苯基硅氧混合链节的硅氧烷环体。采用GC-MS、NMR等进行了结构表征,通过GC测定了裂解产物的组成。采用减压蒸馏法,提纯得到有效含量超过99%的二甲基硅氧/二苯基硅氧混合链节环体。 Cyclic siloxanes consist of mixed dimethylsiloxane and diphenylsiloxane units were synthesized using dimethyl dimethoxysilane and diphenyl dimethoxysilane as the raw materials by hydrolysis,condensation and pyrolysis. The obtained cyclic siloxanes were characterized by GC-MS and ~1 H NMR spectrum. The composition of the products of pyrolysis was tested by GC spectrum. The dimethyldiphenylsiloxane cyclics with more than 99% available content were obtained by reduce pressure distillation of raw products of pyrolysis.
