摘要 以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶(107硅橡胶),纳米碳酸钙为补强填料,配合甲基硅油、交联剂、自制扩链剂、偶联剂及催化剂,制得低模量、高伸长混凝土嵌缝用双组分有机硅密封胶。研究了107硅橡胶的黏度,纳米碳酸钙的种类及用量,交联剂、扩链剂、偶联剂的种类对硅橡胶性能的影响。密封胶最佳配方为:100份10 000 m Pa·s的107硅橡胶中,添加90份SP200纳米碳酸钙、20份甲基硅油制得密封胶A组分,再以正硅酸丙酯、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、自制扩链剂、1146、KH 560及JH-I31等制得密封胶B组分。以此配方制得的嵌缝胶性能优异,具有良好的道路嵌缝密封性能,值得在工程上推广。 Two-component silicone sealants with low modulus and high elongation for concrete caulking was prepared with α,ω-hydroxyl terminated polysiloxane,nano calcium carbonate,methyl silicone oil,crosslinking agent,self-made chain extender,coupling agent and catalyst. Effects of the viscosity of 107 rubber,typea and parts of calcium carbonate,crosslink agent,chain extender and coupling agent on the properties of silicone rubber were studied. The optimum formulation is that sealant Part A was prepared with 100 g 107 silicone rubber of 10000 m Pa·s,90 g nano calcium carbonate and 20 g methyl silicone oil. Sealant part B was prepared with tetrapropoxysilane,ethenyltrimethoxy,self-made chain extender,1146,KH 560 and JH-I31. Results showed that the adhesive had good performance and worthy to apply in road constructions.
