摘要
以苯基三甲氧基硅烷、二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷为原料,通过酸催化水解及碱催化缩合两步法制得高性能苯基乙烯基MT硅树脂。采用~1H NMR、^(29)Si NMR、FT-IR、GPC等表征了其分子结构。并以合成的苯基乙烯基MT硅树脂为主要原料制备了一种高硬度、高强度、粘接性能优良的LED高折射率封装硅橡胶。
A high performance phenyl vinyl MT silicone resin was prepared by two steps of acid catalyzed hydrolysis and alkali catalyzed condensation,with phenyltrimethoxysilane and divinyltetramethyldisiloxane as raw materials. The molecular structures were characterized by ~1 H NMR,^(29) Si NMR,FT-IR and GPC. A high refractive index encapsulated silicone with high hardness,high strength and excellent adhesive property for LED packaging was prepared by phenyl vinyl MT silicone resin as the main raw materials.
