摘要
采用自制聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)改性水性聚氨酯(WPU),并研究了POSS含量对材料结构和性能的影响。结果表明,POSS可以均匀地分散在体系中,POSS对平均粒径影响不大,但会明显增加粒径的分布宽度。随着POSS单元含量的增加,杂化材料的结晶性能降低,膜表面能降低,明显改善材料的疏水性和力学性能。
The self-made POSS was used to modify the waterborne polyurethane. The effects of POSS content on the structure and properties of the materials were studied. Results show that POSS distributes evenly in WPU/POSS system,and the average particle size of the materials chang little but its distribution index becames wider. AS POSS content increases,the crystallization of the hybrid materials decreases,the surface energy of the membrane reduces,POSS improves the hydrophobicity and mechanical properties significantly.
