输水系统闸前常水位控制下的区间调度研究 被引量:5

Research on Partition Dispatch for Water Diversion System with Downstream Control

摘要 针对输水系统的运行调度问题,提出了基于分水口分水流量调控的区间调度的原则.利用有限差分法建立了能够模拟多种过水建筑物的一维非恒定流数学模型,以南水北调中线工程为研究对象,在给定的闸前常水位控制运行方式和闸前允许水位变幅下,设计了两种区间调度模式并进行了模拟计算,获得了反映渠道水力响应的闸门起调时间和始末开度、渠道重新平衡稳定时间以及渠段间的最大水位变幅.计算结果表明,在合理的允许水位变幅下,区间调度能够缩短输水系统的水力过渡过程,控制节制闸参与调节的数目.该调度方式在优化大型输水系统输水过程、提高渠道运行控制效率方面具有良好的作用,为调水工程的运行调度提供了一个有益参考. To solve operation dispatch problem of water diversion system,partition dispatch was proposed,based on flow diversion control. A one dimensional unsteady flow model was developed by finite difference method and the middle route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project was taking as a test channel. Based on the downstream control method and certain water level amplitude,the simulating calculations were carried out in two partition dispatch conditions. The beginning time of gate operation,the gate open at the beginning and the end time,the re-balance time also with the maximal water level fluctuation were obtained. The results shows that partition dispatch can reduce the wave influence scope,the re-balance time of hydraulic process and number of controlling gate participating in operation. According to the simulation results,partition dispatch can optimize the water diversion process and improve operation efficiency of large water diversion projects,and it provides a new operation dispatch method for water diversion project.
