摘要
全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀与岩石的相互作用一直是领域学者研究的热点和难题.代表性研究成果是Ozdemir等学者通过盘形滚刀线性滚压破碎岩石的试验建立的盘形滚刀破岩力——推压力和滚动力计算公式,这与实际破岩过程中盘形滚刀和岩石的相互作用有较大差异,为此,本文通过建立盘形滚刀实际破岩运动模型,应用微位移矢量分析方法,导出了前倾安装盘形滚刀、传统安装盘形滚刀实际破岩运动中破岩点的位移,尤其是侧向位移和破岩点弧长的解析式.通过某实际工程用全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀算例发现:在盘形滚刀贯入度相同的条件下,前倾安装盘形滚刀破岩点侧向位移和破岩点弧长均小于传统安装盘形滚刀破岩点侧向位移和破岩点弧长,从而揭示了前倾安装盘形滚刀破岩力对岩石的作用效果明显好于传统安装盘形滚刀破岩力对岩石的作用效果.
The interaction between disc cutters and rocks has always been in the limelight of the field. Its representation is the indentation test conducted by Ozdemir and some other scholars who,through the test of linear roll rock crushing,developed calculation equations for fragmentation forces of disc cutters,namely,calculation equations for thrust and rolling force,which have a big difference from those of the actual interaction between disc cutters and rocks.Therefore,through developing the actual fragmentation model of disc cutters and analyzing micro-displacement vector,this paper presents the analytical expression for displacement of fragmentation contact point during the actual fragmentation of forward-slantingly positioned disc cutters and traditionally positioned disc cutters,especially expressions for lateral displacement and arc length of fragmentation contact point. Calculation of the data of one actual project shows that with the same penetration,lateral displacement and fragmentation-point arc length of disc cutters positioned forward-slantingly are less compared with disc cutters traditionally positioned,hence revealing better effect on rocks disc cutters forward-slantingly positioned have than disc cutters positioned traditionally. This research method and conclusion provide a basis for further research on the interaction of disc cutters and rocks.
