摘要
目前,钢板加固法已广泛应用于钢筋混凝土结构加固,此外,碳纤维复材(CFRP)由于其高强、高性能等特点,也越来越多地被应用到加固领域.为了能充分利用这两种加固方法的优势,本文提出了一种新型的网状复合加固方法用于钢筋混凝土双向板加固,即交叉向地粘贴CFRP条带和钢板条带.本文对7个试件进行了局部荷载作用下的试验研究,其中1个为未加固板,1个为网状CFRP条带加固板,5个为网状CFRP条带与钢板条带复合加固板.结果表明网状复合加固板试件的极限承载力和变形刚度均有大幅提高.在试验研究的基础上,采用塑性铰线理论对网状复合加固板的承载力进行了理论分析,推导了网状复合加固板在局部荷载作用下的承载力计算公式,其计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,可为实际加固工程应用提供理论依据.
The method of bonding steel plate has been widely used in the field of concrete structural strengthening.Furthermore,the use of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)composites to strengthen concrete structures has become popular due to their excellence performance.A new idea of strengthening reinforced concrete(RC)two-way slab had been proposed in this paper to fully take advantages of both methods,which is to bond steel strips and CFRP strips in the crossing way(termed reticular composite strengthening).A total of 7 specimens were tested under concentrated load,including 1 control slab,1 CFRP strengthened slab,and 5 reticular composite strengthened slabs.Test results show that the load-bearing capacity and rigidity of reticular composite strengthened slabs increase significantly.A model was presented to predict the load-bearing capacity of reticular composite strengthened slab,by adopting the yield-line theory for analysis.As the prediction is in good agreement with the test results,it is ready to work as theoretical evidence for strengthening job in practical engineering projects.
