随着生成词库理论和构式语法的兴起与发展,压制现象成为国内外句法语义接口研究中的热点,越来越多的语言现象在压制机制下被重新分析。研究范围的扩大使一些理论问题随之浮现,压制的动因、触发者、实现机制、效应和能力等问题成为争论的焦点。围绕对这些问题的深入探讨,研究呈现出一些新趋势,走向基于语料库和语言实验的语言使用研究、互动关系研究、历时研究和跨语言研究。

With the development of Generative Lexicon and Construction Grammar,coercion has become a hot topic in the research on syntax-semantics interface.Increasing linguistic phenomena have been re-treated in terms of coercion,where theoretical issues also emerge.Among the issues,trigger,mechanism,effect,and power of coercion are the most controversial.With respect to these controversies,the existing studies exhibit some basic trends for investigation of coercion,with the emphasis on language-user coercion based on corpora and experiments,on various interactions,on diachronic changes,and on cross-lingual comparisons.
