以BIM技术在青岛市地铁8号线工程中的应用情况为例,从优化管理模式、细化标准体系、控制实施过程、深挖应用点等方面,探索了基于BIM技术的轨道交通精细化管理。通过应用BIM技术提升了项目质量、缩短了工程建设工期、降低了项目资源损耗、控制了工程造价与施工成本。

With application of BIM technology in Qingdao Metro line 8 project as an example,the refined management of rail transit based on BIM technology is explored in terms of optimizing management mode,refining the standard system,controlling the implementation process and digging the application point. By using BIM technology,the project quality is improved,the project construction period is shortened,the project resource loss is reduced,and the project cost and construction cost are controlled.
