摘要
针对项目EPC模式中出现在设计及施工阶段的问题,运用BIM技术,对项目进行设计优化及图纸的碰撞检查并准确定位、施工方案优化及工艺模拟、施工平面管理、三维可视化技术交底、施工进度计划模拟等,提高了总承包单位的设计的准确性,及项目的施工质量与效率,进而确保了EPC工程的经济效益。
In view of the problems existing in design and construction phase of EPC project,by applying BIM technology,the following jobs are done,including optimization of project design drawings and checking and accurate positioning of the collisions in the drawings,optimization of construction schemes and simulation of the process,management of construction plane,disclosure of 3 D visualization technology and simulation of construction schedule and plan etc.,which improves the accuracy of design made by the general contractor,increases the construction quality and efficiency of the project and thus ensures the economic benefits of the EPC project.
