水平管路清管过程流动参数变化规律模拟研究 被引量:15

摘要 混输管路清管技术的研究对混输管道的运行管理具有非常重要的意义。在分析清管器清管物理模型的基础上 ,建立清管器的特征参数计算模型、动态数学模型和数值计算方法 ,并进行数值模拟 ,计算出测压点压力随时间变化的数据 ,并把它们与试验数据进行比较 ,得到清管过程中压力的变化规律。通过数学模拟 ,可以计算清管过程中管道的压力分布状况 。 Pigging is a very important operation for two-phase flow pipeline. Based on the analysis of the pigging physical model, the mathematic model of piggin g characteristic parameter calculation, dynamic model and numerical process meth od are developed. An experimental study was conducted to investigate the accurac y of the pigging model developed and to make improvements where possible. Data w ere collected using water and air in a 380 m long, 81 mm diameter horizontal pip e. The change of pressure with time and the pressure profile at different time alon e the pipe are evaluated and compared fairy well with the experimental data. It shows that the pig in the pipe has significant affect on the operation parameter s.
