利用清華簡考釋楚璽一則

One Subjects of the Interpretation of the Words Written on the Seals of Chu by the Bamboo Slips in the Warring States Period Collected in Tsinghua University

《古玉印集存》87號著錄一方楚璽,前二字隸作'■曆',我們根據清華簡《系年》'飛廉'的'廉'字寫法,讀罵'■廉',可能是以祖先之名作為複姓,'■廉'見於《左傳》。

‘The collection-storage of the ancient jade seals’include one seal of Chu for the number 87,and the first two characters of the seal have been orthographic translated‘蒪蒫’.We give a new interpretation for two words that we think they are‘doulian(鬭廉)’.It is by the writing like‘lian(廉)’of‘feilian(飛廉)’in the‘xinian(系年)’on the bamboo slips in the Warring States period collected in Tsinghua University.‘doulian(鬭廉)’has in the Zuo Commentary,it is on the Seals of Chu that could be compound surname by the name of the ancestors.
