再論《蒙古字韻》中的喻三入疑

On the Appearance of the Initial 喻三 having been Changed into Initial η 疑 in Menggu Zuyun

《蒙古字韻》及《古今韻會舉要》中都存在'云母入疑'(即'矣''尤''鴞'等喻三母字變爲疑母)。我們發現,這種現象不符合語言發展的規律,得不到方言的支持,也得不到對音材料的印證。這應是爲了迎合等韻門法的要求,而在八思巴字拼寫規則制約下產生的一種特殊現象,是限於書寫層面的一種拼寫形式(其中有非表音因素的干擾),而並非是真實語音狀況的不折不扣的反映。

There is some puzzling phenomena such as'云母入疑'(this means that the Initial云of Chinese words such as'矣''尤''鴞'has been changed intoη疑母)in Menggu Zuyun and Gujin Yunhui Juyao,And this phenomena cannot be explained in light of the historical evolution of Chinese pronunciational system,and not be explained by dialects and foreign languges also.On the basis of some research,we conclude that these phenomena in Menggu ziyun are special ones which are resulted from the rules of divisions and rhymes and the rules of spelling of hP’ags-pa Script,and in which there is such a element which doesn’t represent a phoneme but a symbol of pronunciational characteristic.
