摘要
流花 1 1 - 1 - 32大跨度延伸井完钻井深 5 2 94m ,跨度 4 80 1m ,水平段长 90 5m ,跨垂比5 .52 ,是迄今为止国内最大跨垂比延伸水平井。通过对该井工程设计与施工 ,以及所应用的套铣回收套管、旋转导向钻具和套管漂浮技术等进行简要介绍 ,力图对水下井口作业和类似的大位移井作业所需考虑的技术难度、工程准备和施工过程中所采取的技术措施以及遇到的实际问题进行初步总结 。
The horizontal and extended reach well Liuhua 11-1-32 has total depth of 5 294 meters, reach of 4 801 meters and reach-TVD ratio of 5 52. It was the max imum record in China petroleum industry by the time. This paper describes the en gineering design and practice,applications of mill-out casing, power drive and flotation of casing running, to try hard to make primary summary of the technica l difficulties, the engineering preparation, technical measures which need to be considered and the problems that we met in the operation of subsea wellhead an d similar ERW. It is expected that all this can provide the reference for the de sign and drilling of such ERW in the days to come.
